Funding support

Need capital?
We can help get it in place.

Start with a capital plan that supports the business and your life during the ramp. Rooted can help qualified applicants explore financing resources; approval, timing and terms depend on the lender.

Credit repair & credit building

Your next chapter can start with stronger credit.

If your credit needs work before you apply, Rooted can help you explore credit repair and credit-building resources. A personalized review can help identify reporting issues and outline practical steps toward a stronger credit profile.

Talk with our team about preparing for financing while you plan your agency. Credit improvement takes time, and results and financing eligibility vary.

Your $15,000 startup fee is one part of the plan. Include opening costs and a reserve for operations and temporary owner income. Allow roughly 45–60 days for licensing and certification, and 60–90 days from submission for commissions.

Rooted-assisted financing review starts with a 680 credit score and $50,000 adjusted gross income in each of the prior two years. These are financing-review criteria, not requirements for a self-funded owner; lender approval is separate.

Your funding timeline

From approval to opportunity.

Funding as fast as 14 days after loan approval.

  1. Before approval

    Build your funding plan

Confirm your capital needs, gather financial documents and complete the lender’s application and underwriting review. Timing varies by applicant and lender.

  2. Approval date

    Confirm terms & closing requirements

Review your approved amount, rates and repayment terms. Complete any remaining documents and conditions for disbursement.

  3. As fast as 14 days later

    Put your capital to work

Once funds are disbursed, put your opening budget and operating reserve in place so you can prepare for launch.

The 14-day timeframe begins at loan approval, not the initial inquiry. Actual timing depends on the lender, financing product and completion of closing requirements; it is not guaranteed.
